Lease Tip – Paying Rent

1)       Rent is due by 5^th of each month. 

2)       On the 6^th, a 5% late fee will be applied to all unpaid balances.

3)       Any unpaid rent will be filed in court for non-payment of rent on the 6^th.

4)       After the 5^th, all unpaid balances are due with certified funds only.  No personal checks will be accepted.

5)       If a check is returned, there is a 5% late fee and a returned check charge of $50.
